Event Description
It’s important for every organization to understand the importance of mental health in the workplace and have a champion who is able to promote it.
As an employer, prioritising the mental health and wellbeing of your team is essential and there are ways to encourage positive mental health in your workplace. Help your team to understand and manage their mental health better with this accredited course from Wandsworth Council Lifelong Learning, designed to educate and inform participants on the issues surrounding mental health and ill-health.

  • Understand how to support loved ones in their mental health journey.
  • Discover multiple sources of mental health support.
Introduction to Mental Health & Wellbeing Levels 1 and 2 runs over two classes on the 16th and 20th of November 2023, so equip your team with the knowledge to help them to manage stress and boost resilience, leading to increased productivity.

These courses are free for those who meet all the following funding requirements:

– you live in a London /Greater London Borough*

– you are not in full time education

– you have not achieved this qualification before

– you are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2023

-Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning
