How about easing yourself into the 'Christmas Chaos' via a Shamanic Meditation session? Come with 3 or 4 goals about what you'd like to achieve regarding your 1) health 2) business 3) personal life 4) spiritual development. During the session I'll guide you through key visualisations to get you in a state of relaxation. Then you'll be able to visualise your goals manifesting whist you receive Sound Healing via drumming/Tibetan singing Bowls/Tibetan cymbals.
Circles are sacred to Native American and other tribal people. The power of many coming together with a common purpose is stronger than the individual working alone.

Details
The cost for the session is £7 cash (there are no card facilities on site). The address is 211a Balham High Rd, London SW17 7BQ. You can park on the nearby street or use the spaces in the car park reserved for Balham Spiritualist Church. You'll be sat upright in a chair in the circle, but you may feel a bit cold after the session due to your blood pressure being lower. So bring a blanket to feel COSY!
