**Please note the activities may vary in description for each of the retreats

** 2024 dates include Saturday 27th April 2024, Saturday 8th June, Saturday Saturday 13th July & Saturday 14th September. 

They include the following activities:

  • Complimentary arrival Refreshments

  • Complimentary 2 Course Hot Lunch Buffet

  • one to one Yoga/Chair Yoga Session

  • one to one Dietary & Nutrition consultation

  • 2 hour access to The Grands Health Club & Spa facilities including Gym, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and indoor swimming pool

  • 30 minute Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage

  • 30 Minute Express Facial all inclusive of the price.

  • Plus an introductory Walk & Talk Therapy session along the sea front.

  • There will also be some mini talks with guest speakers running throughout the day focusing on health and wellness which may be interactive. Please note that these talks will differ per retreats.

Your personalised timetable will be created for you and presented to you at the day of the Retreat. All we ask is that you advise us of what activities you wish to participate in advance of your attendance.

Subject to weather conditions some activities will be held in the Arlington or Arundel Room and others will be on the Princes Lawn.

 

Overnight accommodation is also available at a reduced rate through the Reservations team (01323 412345) if you wish.

 

To make it as intimate as possible we limit the retreat to maximum of 6 Spaces, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

We feel everybody deserves a day of self indulgence, pampering and relaxation and what better way than to spend the day overlooking the sea and enjoying your chosen activities in the beautiful grounds of a luxurious 5 star hotel.

The costs are £349.00 per person and numbers are limited to 6 attendees per Retreat to ensure the intimacy of the day. 

The day is a pure self indulgence and everything listed in the description is inclusive of the price.
