Event Description

As part of  Learning at Work Week, WCLL presents a short course that will help learners in a working environment to manage change effectively.

This focused and interactive workshop will explore topics such as:

  • Causes of change – identifying common factors
  • Why people resist change
  • Preparing for change
  • How to use the ADKAR model to implement and mange change
  • Understanding the change curve and people’s emotions

These courses are free for those who meet all the following funding requirements:

– you live in a London /Greater London Borough*

– you are not in full time education

– you have not achieved this qualification before

– you are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2022

-Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months and the VISA is valid for the duration of the course.
