Our First Aid course covers the full Ofsted syllabus and is appropriate for childcarers, school and nursery staff or anyone requiring a Full Paediatric qualification to be Ofsted registered on the compulsory register and comply with EYFS. The course is also appropriate for anyone wishing to learn what to do in an emergency.

Our First Aid course covers the full Ofsted syllabus and is appropriate for childcarers, school and nursery staff or anyone requiring a Full Paediatric qualification to be Ofsted registered on the compulsory register and comply with EYFS. The course is also appropriate for anyone wishing to learn what to do in an emergency. 

Every course is tailored to the needs of those attending, so please let us know if there are particular areas you need us to cover. By the end of the course you will have learnt: 

• Prioritising injuries and action in an emergency.
• How to provide immediate medical care in an emergency.
• How to assess if an adult, baby or child is unconscious, whether or not they are breathing and how and when to put them into the recovery position or start CPR.
• We will cover common accidents and injuries relevant to babies and children of different ages and empower you with the skills and confidence to provide an immediate and appropriate first aid response.

You have the option to book the 6 hour course, which is purely practical learning and assessment, or the full 12 hour blended course, which includes 6 hours of online pre-learning. Choose the extended 12-hour blended learning option if you:

• work with under-5s
• need to be on the Ofsted compulsory register
• need to comply with EYFS

Or if you'd simply like to be as well-informed as possible! 

You will be award with a Paediatric or Full Paediatric First Aid qualification valid for 3 years.
