Are you interested in Shamanic Spirituality? Do you enjoy Meditation? Sound Healing? Then come to my Shamanic Meditation & Sound Healing Circle in Balham this Wed 18th Sept! 7.15pm arrival for a prompt 7.30pm start. Ends 9pm. Cost £7 cash (there are no card facilities & the correct change would be most welcome!) 

Location is Hamilton Hall 211A Balham High Rd London SW17 7BQ. 

I'll take you on a guided Meditation with deep breathing & visualisations to get you to a state of deep relaxation. Then I'll walk around the Circle doing the Sound Healing part of the session using Shamanic Drumming, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Aboriginal Rainsticks & Tibetan Tingsha's (small cymbals). We are all made up of atoms/molecules, so different sound frequencies may shift our energy field. 

There are clinical trials that show that Meditation is good for mood and even your immune system! And being in a social setting with like-minded people helps you feel more connected & less isolated.
