Come and join me, Nick Berry and Chris Lucy from High Vibez team for a magical, meditative workshop immersed in soothing soundscapes!
Saturday 16th Nov. 1.45pm arrival for a prompt 2pm start. Ends 5pm. Cost £35. But if you come with a friend you can both attend for a 20% discount, so only £28! Address is Congress Hall, 38 Balham High Rd London SW12. 10 minute walk from Balham train/tube station.
Focussing on Autumn & the themes of harvest & abundance, we'll be resetting our nervous system & focus on our goals for Autumn and beyond.
We'll use role play to discover the positive & negative sides to Archetypes such as 'The Trickster' 'The King' 'The Magician' & 'The Fool'. And how connecting with the positive sides of these Archetypes may reduce the self sabotage that prevents us from achieving our goals.
There will also be a Sound Bath with a guided Meditation to connect to our goals & visualise them manifesting. For the Sound Bath there will be gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rattles etc to shift our frequencies.
