This exclusive Masterclass is held on the last Sunday of every month, and gives you an opportunity to take part in an intimate session, while learning all about the history of Dim Sum. Each session takes place in our special Dim Sum lab, after which you will be guided to our high-end Cantonese restaurant, Yú Gé, to enjoy your creations while enjoying the Thames views.
