Reeta will talk about Wellbeing Within The Workplace and what causes stress at work. Whether it be an issue in your personal life which is impacting on your emotional balance. It is about exploring what is triggering you to get stressed and anxious at work and ways in which you can help yourslef and your work colleagues to live their best life through exploring whats going on with our mental health.
Jan will speak about the history of the MoonWalk, their 30th anniversary next year, and how the local community can become involved.

The fee for non-members is £30+VAT.
