While technology and artificial intelligence are changing the workplace at a rapid pace, there is one skill we all need to survive - and thrive - in the future.
Creativity
The problem? Most people don't think they are creative.
But you ARE creative
Creativity is not a gift for the chosen few. It is something we all possess - and can strengthen with practice. And Beth will show you how.
In this interactive session, Beth will dispel some of the common myths about creativity, and show you how you can strengthen your creativity to innovate and solve problems.
ABOUT BETH:
Beth Collier is passionate about helping people strengthen their creativity, communication, and leadership skills. She began her career in film and television in Los Angeles, and worked in New Zealand for five years before moving to London in 2009.
After 15 years working in communication for FTSE 100 companies, she set up Listen & Engage, a consultancy to help companies and individuals prepare for the Future of Work. Through individual coaching and corporate workshops, she helps people become more capable and confident speakers and writers, and more creative thinkers and leaders.
Originally from the US, Beth loves writing about pop culture and business, and exploring London with her husband and two young children.
