Successful business growth is largely dependent on the decisions made within the company: What products to develop. Which markets to enter. Who to buy from. Who to recruit. Who to sell to. Where to promote. What price to charge. What discount to offer. Whether to take finance. And so on.
As a company grows beyond the Founders, it can become challenging to ensure that your team is making good decisions. To affect this, it’s key you make the right decisions in the first place such as recruiting the right people at the right level, and to understand what decisions current staff are capable of at their current level, as well as identify who has the potential to step up in their role.
In this workshop you will learn frameworks to help with effective decision making in order to successfully grow your business, scaling assets and resources to maximise productivity.
