Imbolc means 'In the Eewe's belly' as lambs are currently growing & gaining strength in their Mum's uterus. Do you have business, health, personal or spiritual goals you wish to activate with this fertile seasonal energy? Then come to my Sound Bath & Shamanic Spring Goal Activation workshop this Saturday 1st February. 1.45pm arrival for a prompt 2pm start. We start with a 45 min Sound Bath (yoga mats & blankets provided) with gongs, singing bowls, chimes etc to shift the frequency of your energy field. Then we'll do a 'Calling in the Directions' ceremony, as if you are aligned to the Cardinal points of the Compass, your goals may gain direction too! There will also be a 45 min Shamanic Meditation to connect with the fertile Imbolc energies & get you to visualise your business,health, personal or spiritual goals manifesting. Designed to spread love in a creative way, Southside is giving away 500 specially-created Valentine’s Day cards, free-of-charge from 12 February. Following the success of Ruki’s mural at the centre’s busy West Entrance – which transformed the brickwork into a colourful and welcoming reflection of the character and soul of the Wandsworth community - the Valentine’s Day collaboration continues this message in a fresh and interactive way. The specially-commissioned card presents a modern take on Cupid, reimagined as a confident girl who embodies a blend of diverse characteristics in one figure. Combining romance with contemporary charm, the design uses a playful colour palette that captures the community’s vibrancy and diversity and illustrates how love transcends boundaries and unites people together. The “You Are Loved” messaging inside is designed to be inclusive and universal, extending beyond the traditional notion of romantic love to embrace all forms of connections including self-love, friendship, family bonds, platonic relationships and community support, making it a source of warmth and affection for all. 500 exclusive Valentine’s Day cards will be available to collect for free at Southside Shopping Centre while stocks last, from Wednesday 12th February until Friday 14th February, between 11am and 2pm, allowing visitors to share their love with friends, family and significant others. You may accomplish these aims this week in Balham!! On Wed 19th Feb I'll be running my Shamanic Meditation & Sound Healing Circle at Hamilton Hall, 211a Balham High Rd London SW17. £7 cash (there are no card facilities). 7.15pm arrival for a prompt 7.30pm start. Ends 9pm. On arrival I'll give you an individual smudging with burning sage which may clear stagnant energies in your auric field. I'll then do a mini-Astrology outlook to explain upcoming celestial events & how they may impact attendees by their individual Zodiac signs. I'll then take you on a guided meditation with visualisations/deep breathing to get you in a relaxed state. Once relaxed, you may then visualise goals you wish to achieve, or connect with your Celestial team of helpers for intuitive guidance. During this time I'll be doing the Sound Healing part of the evening via Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tibetan tingshas (cymbals), Aboriginal rainsticks & Shamanic drumming. We are all just a mass of protons, neutrons & electrons whizzing around & sound may positively shift your energy frequency.Come along & meet friendly, welcoming like-minded people & start to take some steps onto a more Spiritual path in 2025.
