Did you know that between Nov 2020-Aug 2021 a randomised clinical trial on Meditation took place in the USA using health care workers. 41 volunteers were in the Transcendental Meditation group (TM) and practiced Meditation for 20 minutes twice a day for 3 months. The 39 volunteers in the control group just had access to wellness resources and didnt meditate.

After 3 months the TM group were found to have less burnout, reduced anxiety and less insomnia compared to the control group.
